What: The 2011 Harvest Your Energy Festival

Where: Base of Windy, the Wind Turbine, Mystic Riverbend Park, behind the McGlynn School

The City of Medford’s Energy Committee and Mass Energy are excited to bring together local businesses, organizations and citizens for a second year to share our involvement in the world of energy and the environment. After the success of last year’s festival, where over 40 local groups participated, this event is becoming an important local tradition and all are welcome to help it grow.

Bring your family and friends to find an all inclusive atmosphere with an attitude of caring and responsibility. Check out the "Rebels at Riverbend" revolutionary war encampment nearby, take a tour of "Windy," listen to great live music, learn more about local environmental groups, and let the kids enjoy the variety of games and activities provided.

For more information, please contact Medford’s Office of Energy and Environment at (781)393-2137 or enviro@medford.org. We look forward to a great crowd and the sharing of important information. RSVP to receive a free tote bag at the event!
